What is BrewPoints™?
BrewPoints™ is our loyalty scheme.
Once you sign up you will start to earn points on your orders, gain exclusive access to discounts and the latest River Coffee news.
How do I sign up if I already have an account?
You don't need to! You are automatically added to BrewPoints™ and will earn points from orders/ activities completed after 2nd July 2024.
Do I need to use my points within a set timeframe?
No, your points will not expire. You can collect points and redeem them without the worry of losing them.
Do I get points from orders placed earlier than 2nd July 2024?
We launched our rewards programme from 2nd July 2024.
As a thank you to our existing subscribers we have credited you with 100 points to get started.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account they are credited to.
How do I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance by logging into your River Coffee account and going to the rewards section at the bottom of our website.
What happens if I return an item?
If you decide to return an item, your points will be deducted from your account.
