Roasters Notes: We have roasted this coffee to a medium/medium light level which really accentuates the citric acidity and defined fruit driven flavour notes. There's a lovely high sryup like sweetness and a clean aftertaste. This coffee has it all. Brew as espresso or as filter, a fantastic and perfectly balanced all rounder. 

 

El Indio is made up of 175 coffee producing families who are members of Asopep and Ascisp associations. This coffee is a beautifully natural processed coffee in which whole Caturra varietal coffee cherries are dried on raised beds. The coffee is grown between 1500 - 2150 masl in clay loam/volcanic ash soil. Tolima is prized region in Colombia, often winning national awards and recognition for the quality of coffee that is produced. This coffee is exported and imported by Cofinet. Since 2019 Cofinet have provided support to coffee producers and assistance with their natural processing methods. The accumulation of production region, varietal and carefully processing results in a clean, sweet and fruity flavour driven cup profile. 

This coffee is suited for filter and espresso brewing methods.
